With hands-on experience supporting families during birth and postpartum, I created this program to bring that same loving, informed support directly to you — wherever you are.

Laying the Foundation Ground
Your Body, Mind & Energy for the Journey Ahead
In this phase, we go beyond surface-level prep. You’ll explore how your past, habits, & energy shape your pregnancy journey & how to intentionally reset, nourish, and align every part of yourself to support your baby’s growth
Here's what we cover:

✅ Week 1 — Vision & Intention
Set your pregnancy goals and create a transformational vision board. Explore generational patterns, your birth story, and how mindset impacts your body and baby.​

✅ Week 2 — Nourishment & Ritual
Learn trimester-based nutrition tips, hydration strategies, and cultural food rituals. Build supportive eating habits for energy, balance, and joy.​

​
✅ Week 3 — Mindful Movement
Discover safe prenatal exercises and calming routines. Practice daily mindfulness and build a wellness rhythm you’ll actually enjoy.​

✅ Week 4 — Energy Alignment
Clear emotional blocks and activate your chakras through affirmations, oils, and guided meditations. Connect deeply with your inner strength.

Advocacy, Labor Prep & Birth
Step up as your own best advocate, informed, prepared, and fully in control.
In this phase, you’ll build confidence to advocate for yourself, learn each stage of labor in detail, practice effective comfort & coping strategies, and prepare for unexpected situations. From early contractions to pushing & emergency plans, you’ll feel empowered, supported, and ready to navigate your birth with calm & strength.
Here's what we cover:

✅ Week 5 — Know Your Rights & Birth Planning
Understand your rights as a birthing person, discover how to create a birth plan that aligns with your values, and explore options for where and how to give birth. Learn about the unique challenges faced by Black birthing people and access supportive resources..​

✅ Week 6 — Early & Active Labor
Recognize early labor signs, learn breathing and comfort techniques, and discover how to stay calm and supported. Practice hands-on methods with tools like birthing balls to help ease discomfort.​
​
​
✅ Week 7 — Transition & Delivery
Prepare for the most intense phases of labor with coping strategies, partner coaching, and positive visualizations. Address fears and practice affirmations that empower you through delivery.​

​
✅ Week 8— Pushing & Positioning
Master effective pushing techniques and explore birthing positions that work with gravity to ease delivery. Practice with props and partner support to find what feels best for you

✅ Week 9 — Emergency Planning & Flexibility
Now that you’ve created your initial birth plan, this week is about expanding and refining it. We’ll explore how to navigate changes like inductions, C-sections, or epidurals with clarity and calm. You’ll learn how to stay rooted in your values, even when things shift, and prepare mentally and emotionally for the unexpected without fear.

Postpartum & Baby Care
Step into motherhood feeling grounded, supported, and prepared.
​In this final phase, we focus on recovery, newborn care, and emotional integration. You’ll learn how to care for your healing body, respond to your baby’s needs with confidence, and reflect on your personal transformation. This is your time to honor your journey and enter the fourth trimester with clarity, connection, and community.

✅ Week 10 — Postpartum Preparation
Learn what to expect physically and emotionally after birth, including signs of healing, baby blues, and how to build a personalized care rhythm. We’ll explore natural ways to support your recovery, including warming foods, herbal teas, and soothing practices like sitz baths and yoni steams. You’ll create a postpartum care plan that centers rest, nourishment, and your emotional well-being.​

✅ Week 11 — Newborn Care Essentials
Build confidence in the basics of baby care, including feeding, diapering, sleep, & soothing. You’ll learn how to observe and respond to your baby’s cues, create calming routines, & manage new responsibilities with grace helping you feel prepared and empowered as you care for your newborn. Plus, enjoy bonus infant CPR demonstrations to equip you with vital lifesaving skills.​

✅ Week 12 — Reflection & Celebration
Celebrate your growth and transition into motherhood. We’ll reflect on your journey, honor the work you’ve done, and close the program with a grounding group session to help you feel proud, peaceful, and connected to what’s next.
