Ideal for families trying to conceive & optimize fertility health
​(6) Biweekly Virtual Sessions to ensure conception goals are on target
Create a personalized plan establishing conception goals
Receive lifestyle, nutrition, and/or detoxification guidance to enhance fertility health
Client responsible to share food diary
Learn to determine your fertile window via Menstrual Cycle Analysis
(1) Herbal Consultation
Identify, activate, and nourish your 7 chakra energy zones to maximize fertility health
Promote healing, manage stress, reduce anxiety, ease frustrations, and process womb trauma
Work through mental and emotional roadblocks
Aid in relaxation and mindfulness techniques, including guided meditations
Provide holistic care resources
IUI/IVF support and preparation
Accompaniment to 3 clinic appointment (virtual)
Unlimited email/text support for up to three months
Client responsible to give Doula updates regarding progress
Client required to disclose all related up to date health information when asked
